Not all finishes are created equal; some will last barely 3-4 years, and others can last as long as 15 years.

As a trusted Denver hardwood specialist, we have been using these finishes for the past eight years and have seen the same or better results than the traditional water-based finishes. Once applied, our preferred European oil finish can be maintained without the need to refinish your floors again.

How is cost determined for engineered hardwood planks?

Pricing is determined based on hardwood width, thickness, wear layer, and type of finish, grade etc. The wider and cleaner the grade of the engineered hardwood, the more it affects the overall cost.
